The dining area offers an assortment of table options from long dining tables (one table can seat up to 40 persons) to private corners.

Open Show Kitchen
A private traditional Filipino dining table, the “Chef’s Table” seats 8 persons, with an outdoor table in full view of the state-of-the-art kitchen and the live kitchen action as the venue for private EatGoodLife cooking classes.

Outdoor al fresco dining and cocktail area under glorious Balete (Bayan), Talisay and Ipil Ipil trees with naturally hanging Sanggumay orchids, endemic to the Philippines. The barbecue pit will be a central feature with special roast & grill events. An herb and vegetable garden showcases fresh ingredients diners may pick from for the freshest luscious salads prepared tableside or “pick & serve” flavorsome stir-fry dishes.

A prelude of things to come, Subo Boracay’s soft opening on May 8, 2015 served a symphony food tasting indulgence called “EDIBLE HARMONY” that had the 40 privileged guests absolutely blown away. Chef Sunny de Ocampo served an 8-course degustation with 8 signature cocktail pairings by Beverage Consultant Archie Aniel that was a triumphant culinary coup that journeyed into the hearts and minds of Subo Boracay’s mad alchemists that marry their mastery of food and art.
The first of the Chef’s Table monthly series, “Edible Harmony” the fully booked affair proved to be the hottest ticket and table on the culinary destination of Boracay.
Inspired by the Boracay Island lifestyle, a life in perfect harmony, the themed dinner events unfold as a story of Chef Sunny’s travels, what he’s eaten, and fragments of techniques through the years that are reflected on every dish.
Each dish is a masterpiece and takes you through a culinary adventure through time and to exotic places.
